If additional carts need to be rented, the tournament will only be charged our cost for the additional carts. This charge is separate and non-refundable once the carts arrive.

All final arrangements are to be made with the head professional or designee no later

than two weeks prior to the tournament.

This is a non-binding application.

I understand a non-refundable deposit of $500 will be due when the contract for the tournament is signed. Check , Visa or Mastercard are acceptable forms of payment.
